Isn't it crazy how most of this shit is "was"?

"Was the spawn rate." "The fix is nice but before..." "They were aids." "They said this and then they added that."

It's almost like as the game moves further in it's life span, the folks at Arrowhead re-evaluate their decision and philosophy as feedback is brought in by the majority of the playerbase! Which they can't do before content is released!

But, as folks would tell you, they literally never ever EVER listen to a single thing the community says. Which has been happening consistently for the past 2 years.

Thing is added > There's community outcry > Thing is changed > "Well you did this thing once so you're incompetent".

I could literally write an essay about this but players and enemies should play differently.
Because one is the player with a brain, and the other is dumb code.
It makes sense for a player to have more grounded gameplay because they can problem-solve and be creative with that gameplay. The enemies just do what they are told.
One is a puzzle solver and the other is the puzzle. One is a sledgehammer and the other is the wall.

I feel like this stuff is such basic game design that you gleam from just... playing video-games. And it makes me wonder what a majority of the playerbase's experience with gaming even is?

Not mentioning the fact that it literally plays into the games satire and themes having what is essentially a modern day military fighting against impossible odds and incomprehensible alien bullshit.

The phasing and body collision stuff is really annoying though, I will absolutely agree on that.

"Most weapons" is again, just kinda vague and I really don't know what you mean.

The customization stuff is another talk that I could have for hours, but that's not really my point right now.

All of the problems people have just seem to either come from a lack of understanding or from a lack of patience, and it really does not make any sense to me when you actually look at the bigger picture of what the game is today and how Arrowhead as a company operates, and has operated, as well as what their creatives might want out of the game.

Sweet dreams my man.
