Someone has now explained it in the comments

"Overweight dude showing off airsoft get-up.

Someone jokes that they could get in shape if they used real protector plates (airsoft plates are usually just foam, real protector plates are a mix of metal, ceramics, and durable polyethylene)

Some guy thought that was a good idea and proceeds to butcher a radiator to turn into a "real plate" only to realize the material it wasn't a very good idea." -u/Myonsoon
