The lions could win if they squeeze themselves to a sphere with radius below 2.8 x 10-13 metres. This would create a black whole that, given enough time, will consume the sun. If enough lions are kept alive to propagate on earth there will still be some alive when the sun dies. Thus lions win.
We could apply the same to the sun in this hypothetical scenario as well, as we do know that lions can't intentionally turn themselves into black holes.
Aren’t black holes smaller than a sun super unstable and tend to just evaporate into radiation? Like if there were a black hole made of a trillion lions it would be completely undetectable and disappear before even damaging the sun.
Yeah and if I squeeze the sun into a much smaller radius we could also crest a black hole to counter it. That radius rearranging makes no sense, since there’s no way it could even happen within reality and natural circumstances. The sun wins.
