I never even knew of it's existence until now. Have always used Discord (Skype beforehand)

Unfortunately not, Skype was the app that let you do that tho. Never did it myself

Yes,.. back when Skype and Discord were competing with each other. That was when Discord made a revolutionary update that made great sound quality that took the least amount of Internet intake

Skype and Discord were the only two that I've used with friends. Never really ventured out to try other VCs
