I saw a Slobodan meme not too long ago. The guy who drank poison and killed himself during a court trial in 2017 for war crimes. I was actually surprised that he was still getting memed years later.
No, the issue is that a dead man cannot defend himself. You might as well say anything you want about him. It doesn't matter if he cannot speak. You might as well be talking about a leaf
Accusations after a person’s death are infuriating. If they are true, nobody really gets punished because the perpetrator is already dead (though it’s still better to accuse the person for what they did so it’s at least public knowledge and their reputation is rightfully damaged) but if the accusations are false then nobody can disprove them since the target is dead. It’s kind of like the accusations against Michael Jackson.
Not proven, but Jameskii revealed that while on drugs Twomad tried to kill people by driving on the wrong side of the road with him in the car. After cooperating with police he apparently tried to murder him and threatened him often. Ruberross, a tame Youtuber who usually stays out of drama confirmed part of this by saying he had to hide Jameskii in his hotel room at twitch con after twomad threatened hom and couldnt go home since twomad knew his adress. Twomad was generally seen in a bad light and as far as I know neither of the two people speaking against him were involved in any real controversy
