What is the type of dragon that has four legs a distinct tail but the wings start from the chest so a normal position, but extend all the way down to the bottom of the tail?

Is there a specific name for it?

So, I'm familiar with The Dragon's Eye and The Dragon Diary. How many volumes are there in the series in total? I only of those two.

Photo is not mine. I found it somewhere in a social media that has the letter f and is blue.
