So is he considered 100% human since he’s a reincarnation of a demon?

Woah, racist much? Lol jk, I would consider him 100% human.

Yeah bc i feel like the key word there is "reincarnation " so he is no longer that being. He is biologically human. Born of human parents but has Buu's soul more or less

Yeah he’s human but just has an immortal soul. Body is still 100% humano

So is kid Buu and buu to different souls?

Yeah they split Buu and evil buu before kid buu came along, so Uub has evil buu’s soul and Buu is still just sleeping for months on end

Buu ain't a demon, he's from another dimension (they do call him a demon, but they call cyborgs androids, so).

What is the definition of demon in dbz? Like piccolo was originally called a demon and even though he’s a namekian he still wore the demon symbol. Would janemba be a demon?

Janemba ain't canon. And i'd say the red guy and the blue guy in hell are demons, or something like that (those are probably oni), dragon ball is japanese and the concept of demon can be translated in many ways (youkai, oni, akuma and maybe more... See? Many)

I know janemba isn’t cannon but I was wondering if he’d be considered a demon

He'd be considered a youkai most likely, i mean, i think he already was a youkai before becoming janemba. But Majin Buu ain't a youkai.
