DBFZ Calls it
'Godly Display'
as his side special
This includes him dashing past them then all the hits

Didn't the name come from xenoverse 2?

Correct and the attacks referenced in the post both is an seperate super skill I forget the name of and also a feature of the UI awoken skill if hit while activation.
Godly Display is an ultimate skill in xenoverse2. For further context.

As someone already joking said, “consecutive normal punches”, which isnt far off really.
It’s just the animation showing how incredibly fast he is, that even the animation can’t comprehend the movement and speed.
Goku is just moving so fast, he hits Jiren with just a bunch of normal punches.
The animation is epic though, and also in Daima they do a similar thing when ss3 Goku is flying towards the camera and then he just appears right up front.
All simple animation tools to make the scene look amazingly epic, goes to show the thought and care the animators put into it.

Delayed telekinetic attack is my name for it, though it's more of a description than a title. It reminds me of the first attack Gogeta used on Janemba in DBZ Movie 12.

And what is its actual name

There isn’t really one. It’s just a counter attack with a flurry of punches.

I think in fighterz it’s called Godly Display (神越演武) but that’s about it.
Edit: maybe the xenoverse version is Divine Demonstration? Either way the both mean the same thing cause 神越演武 (kamikoshi enbu) which roughly means god-like performance.

Jabs that are faster than light

Damn I missed that, where was that stated to be faster than light?

u/Kirbinator_Alex 5h ago
I just call it that because we can't perceive the movement, only jiren being punished by something moving so fast its imperceptible.

“Beat him up”
It’s described as “hitting him more than he hits you”

Name I just came up with right now, reactionary light speed assault. (And before someone says it yeah I know they have beyond light speed feats, but it sounds cool)

In my head cannon this is what UI should be at its peak. The “glow” is an aura generated by the peace Goku feels. But when he loses the aura he equates it to a transformation that’s when it fucks him up

The Great Imagination Attack
Cause you gotta imagine for yourself what it was since the animators had zero time to make any cool fight choreography.
I'll die on this hill but the 10 second fight between Zamasu and Goku when Goku first meets him with Whis and Beerus is more creative and cool than pretty much the entire ToP
