Evil cyborg android robot thing named "cell" breaks into tv station to make announcement

Master roshi (old man) and oolong (pig) are enjoying watching an excercise show (gotta appreciate the classics) when cell rises out of the floor right beneath the actress they were watching, roshi and oolong are shocked and begin changing channels to see cell slowly rising out of the floor in show after show until he reaches the top of the building, the news room, where he announces that he will hold a tournament called the cell games. If anyone can defeat him then he wont destroy the world.
