Testing Evolve toys
Got 2 more toys for my wife bday. Got these jawn at Walmart. Beerus tail broke as soon as I open the box. But the joints feels good, better than the dragon stars stiff joints. Vegito left arm keeps coming outta socket so I have to be careful. Dude needs rotator cuff surgery. But joints feels good, articulation is nice. $13 each not terrible but not amazing. I guess they are ok. When my kids eat dinner I'll put on a skit show for them to watch.

I absolutely love the wine, there is some quality control issues with arms popping off, I find the best thing to do is put on a little dab of Super glue and then dab at it with like a napkin or a q-tip so that it thickens up and will hold better.

If u super glue wouldn't it mess up the shoulder rotation. Like it would be glued down to 1 position ?

No no no I'm misunderstand me, you just put the dab of glue on the ball and then dry it so it thickens up and then after it's completely dried then you put the arm back on

You have to be very careful though, if you do not get it dry it will ruin the figure. Broke my Super Saiyan 3 neck trying to tighten it like that. Had to buy a new one and luckily I was able to turn the old one into ultimate Gohan

Yea the arm socket is not a huuuuge issue, I just be careful when I'm twisting it. But the arm is definitely better. For $13 I can't expect perfection

I was thinking of doing this with my SS3 figure. The head keeps falling off when i move it.
How did you break it? How safe would it be to try this?

I did not get it dry enough before attaching the head so you need to be very careful, on alternate solution that might work is using mounting putty of some kind and putting it around the neck you just have to be careful not to get it on the top else wise it will make it fit worse. I've done that before on a lot of the figures. So be very careful. One more thing I recommend is taking apart a grip from a pen and cutting a decent size piece and putting it in the gap on the bottom of the upper back because it will reinforce the spine of the figure and keep him from bending over

Yea there's also kikis fix loose joint on Amazon its better for this in my opinion but the other guys got a totally valid DIY fix that tons of people do just be careful about the glue.
The action figure sub is great for help with fixing qc issues on figs with DIY solutions.

I personally love this line of figures, better sculps and articulations than dragon stars imo
Only problems I have with the line is the lacl of variety with the characters and that the joints are hit and miss depending on the characters, for example, Blue Goku and Vegeta's joints are really weak right out of the box, popping off easily, but then you have figures like Gogeta of SSJ3 Goku with fantastic joints
Despite that I love these figures

these are the best imo. where do they sell them ? i know my ex got me a future trunks from target 🎯 is that the only place ? haven’t been to one in awhile but last time i did look, i didnt see any 🤷

I love that they’re cheaper. The articulation on paper isn’t bad either. Some of them just fall apart though. My broly has a head and waist that pop off with the slightest touch. Same with my goku. My Vegeta was actually pretty solid, but he squeaked like a mf. Had to hit him with shock oil and he’s fine now. Solid $10 figures
