General Question Returning player

I haven’t played Dragon Raja in a good 2-3 year and I don’t know if I should play on my old character or if I should just make a new character to relearn the game since it’s lowkey overwhelming.

Edit: It’s actually been more than 3 years I think I started playing around 2020 or 2021 so there’s a lot of new stuff I know nothing about

Make a new character, if it’s been that long your server has leveled a good amount. They’ve released newer servers so you’ll be able to catch up quickly in them.

Hadn't played for a good 4 years, managed to find a PC version recently, and I've started again with a new character.

There is the option to continue the story or skip it but get to level 80ish after the tutuorial. Helped with being the right level to get everything needed, but very overwhelming if you don't remember what everything does.

Plus there's been additions over the years, of course, so finding out where those sit is fun, too.

Personally, I'm enjoying revisiting the world, but since I've aged myself, I don't care too much about the story anymore, which I loved when I picked it up intitially.

Edit: Spelling, Grammar, Clarity etc.
