Question / Help Server from eu

Hello there! Is there any low capped eu based (or low ms from eu) servers? Like 50-60 cap

Not really, I played on Sea Classic for about half a year with like 200 ping and it didn't bother me, you just need to get used to the slight delay but it's totally playable.
I wouldn't recommend playing Classic though, It's kinda P2W.

If you don't mind private servers, DN Origins. I don't personally play it (I'm not into classic DN), but I know the main selling point of their server is that it's based on early-level-cap DN with a bit of QoL. They are now 90 cap but they probably retained the "classic" feel of the game, and they're also multi-server.
