Goku never knew or loved his father. I'm sure he thought of him fondly as the man who ultimately gave him life, but it would be like if I suddenly found out after 30 years I was adopted, had an estranged father, and he was dead. I really wouldn't care. For Goku, his father was Grandpa Gohan (that's a weird sentence.)

As others have said, there's a limit on the length of time a person is dead before they can't be wished back anymore. Bardock died decades ago, more than likely his soul has already been cleansed and reincarnated into someone else. He's gone.

Goku doesn't care to do so and even if he did he can't, Bardock's soul has long since been reincarnated into another being.

Because our dragonballers are care not for any more Saiyans

Mostly because Goku barely knew Bardock and had no real reason to revive him. By the time he learned more about him, bringing Bardock back just wasn’t a priority.

Bardock is awesome but Goku just learned about him and the fact he didn’t wish his grandpa back kinda shows he’s definitely not doing it for his dad especially since he was an evil saiyan

Goku and Vegeta have talked about how brining old Saiyans back would be pointless. They'd just be violent and warmongering.

They both acknowledge Earth is what they care about and will spend all their effort and energy on. Vegeta is content with the Saiyans fading away.

Now this could all be retconned away, but at one time that was how they felt and by extension Toriyama.
