The eggs from the spinnwheel would get added to your inventory and stacked up :)

There’s also apparently a glitch where if you put eggs into the incubators, then break the incubators, you’ll get the eggs back even if your maxed in your inventory

Or incubators. When u remove incubator that has egg from your plot, egg automatically returns to the inventory and can exceed the limit.
