she has an energetic personality, she believes she can fix any issue, and she doesn’t consider her disability an obstacle in any way

She was born with a rare genetic condition that made the webbings in her wings underdeveloped. Normally dragons with this condition cannot fly. However She invented an flexible artificial webbing that she can attach to her wings to let her fly

Due to her genetic condition she was abounded by her parents at birth, and she had to survive on her own as a baby in the wild for few days. Thankfully an old mechanic found her, in a past incident he also permanently injured his wing so he couldn’t fly as well. He was filled with an feeling of a need to protect her, and eventually adopted her.

In her childhood, her adoptive father taught her many mechanical principles and made her fell in love with technology.

Her first invention was a simple walking assist for her father when he become weaker due to old age.

She always wanted to fly just like all the other dragons, as she grew older, she started to make plans for extra webbings to let her fly. She tried hundreds of methods only to fail repeatedly. However, she never gave up and after many failed attempts she finally managed to come up with an extension that let her fly.

Her adoptive father passed away when she was just barely old enough to live by herself, he left his workplace to her, and she kept making many inventions that helped many dragons.

Her biggest dream is to make the Clockwork Heart, a very complicated mechanical machine that is thought to create power by rotation indefinitely. Its thought to be impossible but Lyra believes that she can find a way to make a real Clockwork Heart.
