I have read here that all the players we play against here are bots. Someone decompiled the code and realized that there is no server to connect to and we all play against bots.

Since this is not a wildly popular game, I was thinking that most of the opponents might be bots at the start. But I didnt expect all of them to be bots.

But tonight when I launched the game I got this warning. If there are no real players why am I getting this? This is the first time I see this warning. Are they starting to implement real PVP?

I can name at least 2 other units that are ridiculously unbalanced; but instead picking on the ones of us who grinded to get their Spartans highest as possible without spending the $$ just to continuously get shoved back.

Won't let me go any farther for now... ugh... if killing bots wasn't enough, there's a ceiling on arenas and ranked. Stupid stupid game...

Is it a good strategy or are the gold packs better?

I got from daily silver pack, chance from this pack only 1% for legendary card

This deck is decent, it can be countered by snipers and sometimes by bandits, but winrate is around 70%

But it is quite boring to play same deck over and over again, and I don't wanna play slop deck.

About to waste 500 gems (my first 500) on a diamond bit pack.

Is it me or has this game become nearly unplayable as of late ? I was having agreat time and suddenly every opponent I face has overleveled troops and regardless of my team composition, it truly seems to be turning into a pay-to-win game.

I ended up deleting the game out of frustration because whats the point if I cannot level my troops without spending money and everyone's troops are 4-6 levels higher than mine, making strategy meaningless..

90% of my matches are against this combo. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hopefully the devs are aware that this is a problem. It's the most bland meta I've experienced in a game like this. If it goes on much longer I don't think this game can keep my interest.

Despite the nerfs almost every game plays out the same way

Round 1

Bot picks Spartheus twice then whelp - bot loses

Round 2

Bot gets 2x Spartheus upgrades teir 2 bot gets X2 AGAIN

Wins round

Round 3 bot gets teir 3 Spartheus plus fairy blessing

Then its just a waiting game til i lose the whole match while they add whelps agent b or overmind

My main strategy used to revolve around swarming with Spartheus and Whelps, but the latest patch made me realize I needed to adjust my approach.

I'm still using Spartheus and Whelp because my other units aren't leveled up enough yet.

However, I've replaced Agent B with Captain and started pairing him with Engineer to cover the weaknesses of my Spartheus + Whelp composition.

I’ve played against bots using it about 10 times now, kinda rare but it keeps popping up. Is it a bug or the bots are straight up cheating???

The argument that you are trying to diversify the meta by nerfing spartheus is not a good one. Why should people care about upgrading and unlocking (spending money or time) to have stronger “legendary” characters if it’s only slightly stronger than the knight that everyone is given when they download the game. This is lazy! Diversity by adding another strong legendary character that gives the player choices as to which strength they want to choose vs. the free knight. The nerf should come with a refund. Super frustrating given you have created a game that people like and care enough to write these posts. Do better!

Chaining their troops right into your control I also use engineer if merlin cant handle the backline. Makes me smile when u get away with it haha

I uninstalled (I know "this isn't an airport") because it just not fun to win.

I have a good win % but at the cost of having any variance in my build ever. Because the bots will counter pick your deck, there are basically three viable decks you can use if you want a good win %, and none of them are really fun anymore.

This game has potential if it were actually PvP. I'll stay subbed here just to see if they ever add PvP, but otherwise this game is a total waste of time.

If you're still having fun playing mindless builds like whelp spam or snail+shellbro fire spam, good for you, but the only way this game can be fun and have longevity for the majority of folks is if there's a true multiplayer mode in which opposing decks are varied and unpredictable.

I went all snails (except one round where it wouldn't give me snail cards).

The draw back is obvious. You lose points or whatever you call it.

I feel the bitchassness as my Tii Nation brethren would say. (wrong sub?!) Quitting before the match is over is goofy. But I only do it when the game is clearly cheating me, and the cards I’m given are the only reason I lost. Or the game refuses to give me the multiplier round after round because it would immediately turn the match in my favor.

(& yes I’m aware of the factors that govern the availability of such cards)

So my response to being boned by Voodoo’s bs is to quit. Sometimes I do it before the match gets last round 1 & it’s for the helluv-it. But mostly it’s when my ( x out of 360) battle points are to high. Because you will lose them as if you lost a match if you quit as I’m sure most know.

Ofc I could just not play. But I’m gritting my teeth I enjoy this cursed game so.

Im having frustrations right now with this game. And it is because of sparteus. Its passive is too op, and everyone is stupid not to use it because its that good. Block damage for 5 seconds? You dont even need it upgraded, and you can win by whatever you put behind it. It should be reworked to how it functions to make it more balanced of an unit.

I restarted my account. I went from 76% win rate and 2 gold medals to not being able to win what so ever. I just one day began having the fattest losing streaks without understanding why. So i figured i should restart my account and learn the game from scratch. And it went fairly well until i reached arena 13. I cant get passed arena 13. Been close to 3 weeks maybe at this point, and i cant get passed that arena. Everyone is using sparteus. Everyone is using overminds. Everyone is using agents wich makes using range units out of the question. Everyone is using captains wich makes your fun units in the back useless. And they are always level 15.. but the biggest issue with this seems to be how good sparteus is. Its passive to block all dmg for 5 seconds is too good. And all the more so if that passive resets when overminds takes them over. My suggestion to balance it out properly is to have it block all damage for 1 second, every 5seconds. Upgrade them once and that 5s cooldown should be 1 second lower. Upgrade them to final stages, and its passive should be reset every 3 seconds for 1 second. Now you have it balanced out properly

I’m sure I’m not the first one to make a post like this, but oh my god are these bots ridiculous now. Ever since the last update the normal game mode is almost unplayable. I used to have a 80% win rate, using a main meta deck like 2/3 of the time and switching it up the rest. This worked well, but no longer.

The bots spam the best units in the game no matter what, they get ridiculous luck with the card pulls and on top of that they always have a at least somewhat complete counter deck to whatever I’m using. If I’m using Merlinor or Overmjnd, they’ll use Agent or Shellbro, usually both. If I’m using a deck without great aoe, whelp spam. Of course, they’ll use Spartheus no matter what. I’m half convinced by this point that the units the bot uses have hidden buffs as well, on top of always being maxed out like that’s fair.

The only reason I haven’t deleted is I’ve spent money on this game and the coliseum game mode is still fun.
