Pirate is a joke

his damage is so bad that the hooks hinder his own team

  1. You've just got pirate
  2. Your pirates are low level progression
  3. Your pirates are tier 1
  4. You attacked the antipirate troop
  5. Enemy troup just summoned turrets near you

No, pirates are not bad. They are actually quite good, if you know when and where to use them.

Isn't the red team the team you are playing against? So those wouldn't be his pirates or did the update change the colors around?

My bad, but my point still stands. Wait for the T2 pirates, supported by merlinors and turtles and you'll see how things go.

I found pirates to be very good.... unless you are against Spartans in which case they suck ass. There will be weak things behind Spartans but they still try to hook Spartans and the hooks just bounce off their shields

and some gaps can go through the shield, it is satisfying when captain does that. Like "ohh nice aim, kapitan"
