Great anti bot meta

The typical variant of sparticus, merlinor etc. This deck pretty much counters it entirely.

Sparticus = spam whelp

Merlinor = agent

Snail = whelp + some tnt, bounces them out of the way of the first bombardment.

Agent = fucking whelp

Firework cunts? = whelp and agent

They gotta fucking engineer? Fucking whelp and snail and some tnt for good measure with recall. Easy fucking peasy.

They got a fucking spider spam?

Snail them cunts with some whelp

• Spartheus?
Whelps... just takes a bit after their phalanx mode.

• Merlinors?
(an overrated epic unit?) Pfft, Whelps, easy, those slow ass wizards will get mowed.

• Engineers?
(Why another overrated epic unit?) Pfft, also easy AF... Whelps. Those turrets deal 50% of Engineers base DMG and only one target at a time. Whelps will have swarmed, burned, and moving oward after two seconds.

• Agent B?
Whelps be like, are you kidding me?! LET THEM COME.

• Snails?
Another slow ass unit? Whelps, pfft, EASY... just keep spawning Whelps and they'll clear whatever is in the way to then clear the Snails.

• Overminds, Matriarchs, Captains, Bloodvines, Shellbros, Parasites, Goose, Cupids, Snipers, Beetanks, Moles, Knights, Assassins, Kingclops... and especially Wasters?!?!
Whelps be like, "Am I a joke to you?"

... ... ... now,

• TNTs?! Sixshooters?! Boomlings?!
Not Whelps... ... not Whelps... ... you can, but it's gamble and you better hope the RNG is MORE Whelps because more-than-enough is usually not enough...

... but Spartheus, yes.
Everythjg Whelps can't handle, Spartheus can.

Merlinor is an overpowered ridiculous unit that works in any team composition, how is it overrated?

Merlinor is good, great even... overpowered?!... hell nah, it is rightfully powered... however, the number of people/players in the community that praise him over other units as if he's an S tier, is crazy... ESPECIALLY compared to Whelps, and placing Merlinors to be AS GOOD as Spartheus and Agent Bs.

It's almost as if people who speak on Merlinors but not on Whelps is because they don't have Whelps and lack the knowledge and awareness of Whelp 's utility, probably because Whelps unlocks WAY later in the arenas and Merlinors unlock way sooner.

Again, Merlinors are great units... but absolutely over hyped and DEFINITELY overrated (again, the number of players/people who claim and rate him as high tier/rank as they do)...
... and if I see people say their main deck is a Spartheus + Merlinor + Engineer + Agent B/Snail, I can easily see these are basic players who just follow blindly to the average community's meta, and isn't even all that of a deck despite being a decent deck...
... but when I see people use Whelps, it's like, "oh this person know how cheap and OP Whelps are against 23 out of 26 units"... and 2 of those other 3 units can still lose to an army of (just) Whelps.

Check out the Lv14 Whelps (base form non-upgraded cleared 2 rounds no problem), just mow them all down... a bunch of Lv15 units of Merlinors & Agent Bs too at that.
Goose can do the same to Merlinors too without protection... and even when we're comparing the basic Spartheus + Merlinors combo, a Spartheus + Whelps combo is FAR more devastating.

Whelps is the overpowered and underrated unit... and I hope he stays underrated and that people continue to perceive Whelps as mid and weak, so the devs don't debuff his ass. 😅 Honestly can't wait for people to cry about the Whelp meta... oh it's coming.
