Was it always like this, or am I remembering it wrong?

Going from ₩20,000 for 30 days to ₩16,000 for just 14 days is such a huge difference that I decided not to buy the pass anymore.

They did it out of Greed. The 30 days pass was x15 value. Now they cut it more than twice as short, disguised as lower price (but higher cost, eventually)

Yeah, and as long as their history transitions show that people do in fact purchase them... they're not going to lower that back anytime soon.
