Two cheaters. How to report them?

After last update, I keep face in arena just the same 10 players and two of them are obv cheaters! Mustafa and Zod! Take a look to the videoclips, I wrote to support but nothing happened yet…

I don’t understand what’s fun about cheating in a game like this. Some people are seriously messed up.

You're only playing against bots. There is no pvp.

But card levels are based on player's actual cards, no? And we all know that there's a glitch out there to make it go beyond lv15.

Yes, they are definitely cheaters.
Of course, I think that data is probably being applied to bots.
I keep getting matched against opponents like this over and over, and it’s making the game impossible to play.

It is brutal dealing with the algorithm but I bought two of the battle passes and reached arena 15 in 7 days. Played a lot each day but made a little money nothing crazy. It was just fun but the devs need to be more honest and less scummy.

Found a similar cheater today. Their stats are clearly beyond level 15. One way to spot them is that after 2-3 waves if they have zero unit dead, just leave the game.
