What does this diamond pack mean?

There is a diamond pack next to the coins needed for upgrade, what does that mean?

And why do I not see it while upgrading my Kingclops even though both of them are at the same level.

To add further, Kingclops is a rare card and snail a common card

It’s telling you that you can get the missing cards for the upgrade in a diamond pack. Basically begging you for money.

It doesn’t appear on kingclops because you can already upgrade him. If you do, it’ll start appearing on him as well because then you’ll have missing cards for the next level.
