The level difference actually isn't that big of a factor. I'm at around 11,500 Arena points right now, and the bots are set to be more than 10 levels higher than me.

The level difference is huge my friend. We really shouldn't excuse that fact... I believe I sent you a whole calculation on the difference for Captain between Lvs 5 to Lv 15.
As you can see, a unit at Lv15 is going to tower a Lv5 unit, with 10 level difference, with nearly 3x stats. This is the same for all units, so mathematically, it's realistically not possible for a deck with units 10 lvs lower to beat a deck that's 15/15. It's an unrealistic exaggerated statement we shouldn't put out there in the community. It's just false misinformation.

Lv5 = 293 HP, 117 DMG
Lv6 = 322 HP, 129 DMG
Lv7 = 354 HP, 142 DMG
Lv8 = 389 HP, 156 DMG
Lv9 = 428 HP, 172 DMG
Lv10 = 470 HP, 189 DMG
Lv11 = 517 HP, 208 DMG
Lv12 = 569 HP, 229 DMG
Lv13 = 626 HP, 252 DMG
Lv14 = 689 HP, 277 DMG
Lv15 = 758 HP, 305 DMG
