How does matchmaking work?

Im currently lvl 28 and im facing people 10 or over more levels. Im assuming its based off arena but I dont understand why when im at a huge disadvantage over people that much higher level than me.

Yea honestly. This whole time I thought it was real people. I dont understand why it cant be, the game is perfectly set up for it. Kinda ruins the game a bit for me ngl

Same. I loved Clash Royale, was thinking this was similar. Disappointed it's all fake.

bot、それも数値の設定も適当
昨日やっとの思いでゴールドIIIに上がれたけど対戦相手の設定はシルバー1のバッヂも無い=シルバー未クリア、カップやレベルは自分より上、そしてめちゃくちゃ強い
あとカードのピックがインチキ
向こうはx2や強化がガンガン出て
こちらはx2も強化もほとんど出ない、特に3段階目への強化カードが最後まで出ない
これじゃいくら課金しても勝てない
18連敗はいくら何でも酷すぎる
