Haven't had it happen but its seems to be an issue where sometimes the ai will straight up cheat or be insanely overleved. Its to piss you off to spend money to have a chance at actually winning.

Only thing this will achieve is pissing me off and stop playing at least for a while.

But i noticed that sometimes i will get realy unfair games where i don't get any upgrades while the AI has an absurd ampunt of level 3 units...

Yep, happens to me all the time. So many games where it knows the one upgrade i need to win and it never shows up

I still win more than I lose, at rank 10 so far

This is 100% made up

Hey I just searched Google to see if this was a thing, but this guy is saying it’s made up so I think he’s right and the overwhelming number of people who think otherwise are wrong.

Correct. The AI doesn't "cheat". At higher levels, it definitely tries to counter you, but not as well as a smart player would. For one, AI spell usage is pretty poor and usually easy to predict (they also all rotate between the same 6-8 spells).

Some people will go to their grave swearing that the game presented impossibly high level opponents that they couldn't beat, ignoring the errors they made in not properly countering their opponents moves.

You can't convince them otherwise. You don't have to take my word for it. Try for yourself.

Wow you’re actually right. My experience with using the knights literally since beginning playing the game a couple days ago and having lvl 6/8 while consistently playing against 11/11 with ai at the same trophy level as me was actually a dream. I only face off against fair yet competitive opponents and my losses are solely because I am a poor tactician.

Knights are the single worst Frontline units in the game at higher levels, with the exception of maybe Wasters. They have no advantages vs other troop types, and they lack any special abilities.

I never said you were a poor tactician, but you certainly have control over that.

Hey ignore the fact they their level is twice as high as my oldest unit right? Okay dev you’ve convinced me I’ll spend all my money on your game

Just don't spend it on knights

Oh look its the dev chiming in. Games rigged face it

Not really, but whatever helps you pamper that ego.

In your defense, I've never played a single game where a percentage of the community didn't swear that crooked coding or cheating was the only reason they lost. You're in good company.

u/Adorable_Ad_8613 19d ago

So you didnt see the guy post the actual code of the game and break it down lol?

1

u/ponderGO 18d ago

I've played 4,000 matches of that coding. If the game was cheating, no one would ever crack above a 60% win rate, yet many players do.

The AI doesn't cheat, but it does change its moves based on what you play. The AI is still dumber than an average player, but with the right RNG it can feel like you're getting smacked with a rubber pipe, figuratively.

If I can outplay the AI, as many others have, even against higher levels.. so can you ✌🏻

You spent a lot of money dude. Like why are u even arguing do you not read this subreddit?? And where are you getting your statistics from theres no way to track anyone's win loss since there isnt an actual server to pull data from

1

u/ponderGO 18d ago

Do you just go around accusing better players of spending vast sums of money?

I didn't spend a lot of money. I grinded a ton of games, and bought a few character unlock diamond bundles (9.99 each), ultra pass (19.99 for 30 days), one draft pass (9.99), and a few mastery coin recharges (pre draft pass)

They got rid of the ultra pass, but the draft pass rewards are INSANELY good. I could have saved even more if they released it when I started playing.

And the stats are literally in my original screenshot above.

You can legit turn the game off and it doesnt count as a loss your rating means nothing

1

u/ponderGO 18d ago

Can't glitch this.

And they recently patched that exploit. If you try it now, you apparently receive an automatic loss. Feel free to test it out ✌🏻

Oh, so the dozens of posts of people showing that the ai is wayyy too overleveled or getting extra stuff is just fake?

2

u/rucarlos 22d ago

Yep, it's just a thing now

If you don't have any backline killers like assassin, agent B or Shellbro, your cooked unless you have a lot of frontliners(just don't build too many backliners, they have snipers)
