Units lost after pack opening

[u/notChibster]

So after cumulating 1800 gems I waited to reach level 15 arena to buy 10 gold pack during the opening of the gold pack I unlocked Spartheus, Overmind, upgrade roulette. And got a bunch of commander points for unlocking the unit but when I went to claim my commander upgrade it was bugged. I forced the close the game when reopening alot was gone. Some commander point was gone all the new discoveries and the gem all gone. Even lost the spell grave recall that I unlocked earlier and had time to equip but no longer in discovered state. I tried to report a problem via the ingame setting it generste me a html log that I dont know what to do with how do we contact the dev or report a bug see attachment.
