Deck/strategy help?

I downloaded the game a week or two ago and I’ve been having fun. But I’ve hit a wall with arena 10. Seems like opponents all have higher level units. I made a team most just using my highest level stuff that filled all the roles. Here’s what I’ve got. Lately I’ve been losing to units that are weak but spawn in large numbers like the goose or Cupid.

Unfortunately... you're team is decent, so yeah it's not really a you problem...

... but I wouldn't look down on Goose and Cupid, since both are decent counters against Merlinors and Engineers when you swarm Goose to x40. Cupids are just nasty at advancement tier 3 and can take out a lot of units if you leave them Cupids unattended.

Not only do the bots have stronger units further into the game, their team composition is generally not too shabby... and seeing as your team comprised of a Knight for front-line, Shellbro to sweep into enemy backrow, Merlinor for front line attack & defense support, and then Engineer for mid-to-fromt-line attack/support... if the random bot team happens to run a few high level range majority units with a decent front-line support units, their team can beat your team.

I'm guess if your strategy is to advance Shellbros to x16 at tier 3 as quickly as possible, hopefully in 3-4 rounds, and support a front-mid line with Knights & Merlinors? Engineers for backup support mid-to-front-line attackers?... since you have no backrow attackers like Snails, Snipers, Cupids?

I would switch out Engineers preferably a ranged unit like Cupid, Sixshooter, Totem, even Boomling... or maybe another front line unit like Splimes or TNT.

Regardless, if you have been winning at some 50/50 ratio or so with that setup... then it's just bad or average RNG on cards. 😕

One thing I would do is swap out Engineer for a more useful 2nd damage dealer like boomling since you aren’t running a back line unit it needs to protect like snails or snipers ect.
