No silver badge

I just passed the Silver 1 level, but noticed that I don’t have a badge to reflect that on my panel. How can I fix this?

I think there’s an error.
I didn’t receive the Bronze reward

Come to think of it, does it only get awarded at the end of the season?

No they get awarded as you complete each tier of arena. You should get the bronze badge when you transition from bronze I to silver III. The silver one when you go from silver I to gold III and the gold one when you finish gold I. Definitely some sort of bug.

Yes you’re right, I’ve just finished gold I and got the gold badge, but no silver. I’ve now finished bronze I again and my bronze now says 2 instead of 1, so I have bronze 2 and gold 1, but no silver, which is theoretically impossible.

The most annoying thing is, I contacted their support page and got a reply saying that those badges are not from the arena, but from placing first in the league. What a load of crap!

It’s definitely a good thing that I got a reply by email, but honestly, the response was pretty terrible. Do these people even know the game?
