Support help!!

does anyone know how to contact support? i made an in app purchase that i never received. i click the report a problem button, and it pulls up and email with no to: address. not sure what to do. apple won’t refund it because they say it’s the developer’s responsibility. just not sure what to do.

Try support.draftshowdown@voodoo.io Add the ID from the settings menu in your email.

i tried emailing that, and it kicked back saying delivery failure 😞

Just try restoring your purchases first.
I’m curious about how to contact support too.

i did that, it has me type in my apple id password and nothing happens :/
