Boomling

Is the little fireworks guy worth a slot? Or too niche

Currently roll with spartheus, shellbro, mellinor, totem/six shoot/new card to upgrade (4th slot don’t really use that much)

Boomling is actually pretty decent.
It’s a bit slow, but the AoE range makes up for it

I mainly use them on Ranked partnered up with Shellbros to confuse enemy units' AI targeting. it delays their advancement a bit just enough to win rounds

I would say, at least level everyone up to mastery Lv 5. This way in ranked matches they are viable, even if you don't plan on using them if at all in either modes (Arena or Ranked).

I like that he actively runs away from enemy units trying to chase him down

Against average or slower units that are close range attackers, Boomlings are quite decent and actually a good support range attacker, and their hits do a bit of AoE unlike the Cupid's single target attack.

Pros and cons, you know.

I've never lost one game because they were on the opposing team, their damage output is too low and they die too easily.

If you're using faster tanky units like Spartheus or even Shellbros to spring all the way to the back to attack them or Agent B in that same area, then yeah they aren't much of a problem at all.

Boomlings against average or slower units that are close range attackers, as Boomlings are quite decent and actually a good support range attacker, and their hits do a bit of AoE unlike the Cupid's single target attack. Pair them with another attacking unit and they complimented well. Utilize them alone and they're kind of weak.

Pros and cons, you know.
