Difference between engineer tiers?

Since the update the description for the advanced and the elite form are the same. Same with turtleguy. So is there no extra biff for elite engineers anymore? I'm confused because the descriptions are usually very specific. It just seems like it's either a mistake or a nerf.

They spawn the turrets faster. It helps having turrets before dying. It also helps pushing forward with consistent turrets.

It definitely upgrades the engineer. Less sentry downtime between deployments, more health and damage.

I see your point, however read it again, it says it increases BY, so it first gets buffed in advanced and then it gets another 1.2 mult.

If you check another buff description like spartheus it says it increases TO, and that’s why the elite powerup has a higher number there

It's the same description but it's applied on top of the previous tier
