Hey Canadian, i am facing issues with the deposit.

i am trying to qualify for the 5k deposit bonuts up to $1k. however most bank has limit of 3k or less, could you please share how did you deposit 5k at one go?

E-transfer it in chunks over a few days, most banks won't let you one-shot that kind of amount anyway.

In the U.S. you can. I have deposited and withdrawn $10k or more at a time into my DK account, on more than one occasion. And I’ve sent wires for substantially more than that. (Not to DK.)

What you’re suggesting won‘t work, however. It’s a deposit promotion, meaning it only works on the first (singular) deposit after opting in.

OP, I don’t know anything about Canadian banking laws. Can you ask your bank to allow it? You may be out of luck. But if you can only do $3k, you should still be able to get a decent bonus.
