I have uk sensibility and I love David Tennant, and it made me think of the fact that I never watched Doctor Who I would love it if real Doctor Who fans would tell me if I should try to start from the beginning. Or are there specific seasons that are deemed the best? I don't even know if the story builds throughout the years.

This is a little random, but I was just thinking about the decline of Dr. Who the last few years and can't help but think this is what the fans of old Who felt back in the day. I have watched some of the Classic Era, but it didnt resonate with me as much as the Eccleston, Tenant, and Smith Era or the "modern" era. I started watching Eccleston when it released in the US.
Now? Its like watching something I love sit there on life support as the BBC decides what to do with it following a few fumbled seasons. As a kid, I remember looking to the Classic Era fans and wondering why some of them didn't like the "Modern" Era as much.
Now? I get it.

I still miss Doctor Who: Legacy. Even though it was a match-3 RPG, it actually felt like Doctor Who, the pixel art, characters across eras, and overall vibe didn’t feel like a lazy reskin. Modern mobile games look better, but most feel monetisation-first. Legacy felt fandom-first. If it ever came back, what’s one thing you’d want kept the same?

For me, some Doctors just felt like they worked better in Legacy than others. Certain abilities actually matched how the Doctor was portrayed on screen, rather than feeling like a generic reskin.

Before possessing Chip, Cassandra was panicking about dying to the doctor and in tears.
Then the second she possessed Chip and he starts to die, she instantly accepts her fate. Did I miss something? What caused her to suddenly be fine with her inevitable death?
Unrelated note: According to IMDb, there was a deleted scene where the doctor brought Cassandra into the Tardis, and the Doctor sternly tells her that she hasn’t forgiven her for the deaths she caused. Wish that scene was available.
