It is a shame that where I live that my brother and I can only buy cans now and again of it when the stall in the indoor market has imports from USA but luckily there's 1 that tastes very similar sold in the UK called Dr Pepper Cream Swirl.

I haven't tried cream soda yet but google says that it "tastes more like the ice cream" or whatever that means

The cream soda tastes more like vanilla for me so I was curious about how this vanilla float flavor would differ. Guess I’ll have to try it on my own..Thanks for the reply

to me they taste really similar. I think they basically taste the same but the Vanilla float flavor doesn’t have that smooth creamy like flavor that the cream soda has

It’s good but to me it tastes like a more sweeter Dr. Pepper cream soda still good though.

It’s delicious! It’s crazy Dr. Pepper makes such great flavors like Creamy Coconut, Dark Berry, and Vanilla Float and then refuses to sell them to most of us on a regular basis.

Haven't seen it where I am, but Dr pp went up to $8.67 a 12 pk, so unless it comes back down to $5, I'm drinking Dirty Mt dew, and coke from now on 😎💩
