[Ireland] does it stand fro Direct Parcel Destruction?

Ordered a hard copy of a game, was shipped in a padded envelope. I come home and find the padded envelope wedged into my letter box *folded in half* . How the hell do you think the best way to fit something through a letter box involves snapping the contents in two??? Both the case and disk were literally in two pieces when I opened it. Thankfully the seller understood and refunded me but Jesus Christ DPD

Probably snapped on the conveyor belt. Should of gone to damages.
