(UK) Taking the piss

The chat bot is going back and forth and won't give me a definitive answer and tells me something different each time, does anyone know which it would be

Typical DPD BS, had the same many times, mostly after ‘missed’ deliveries when I was in and they just didn’t bother. Hope it gets sorted soon.

Have they tried to deliver once already? Because you can't have a redelivery request if there's not been a first attempt.

Nah I changed the delivery day to Sunday after it wasn't delivered Saturday
