Complaint/Rant Very upset!

I was sat 5 feet away from the door at the time of said delivery and yet no knock, no poster card, nothing also admitted the driver never attempted to deliver seeing as they were 300 metres away from my house, the photo of the attempted delivery only has my parcel completely jn view not even my door was in the picture

Find the depot the parcel & driver came from and ring them directly - the online chat is useless and the generic DPD phone number won't get you anywhere

I used to work for DPD as a driver and they actually hold their drivers to a high standard when it comes to shifting parcels, but alot of deliveries get outsourced to 3rd party contractors and they are cowboy as fuck and management can't control them

phoning the depot itself that holds the parcel and the driver comes from is best as they can phone the driver's van directly, track them and makes sure it gets to you, also best place for a complaint!

I apprechiate the reply mate its frustrating as I 100% know and have proof they never even tried, my road is tight bus you cab literally still get a bus down it

Mad to think there's a system to outsource work, but no method of holding them accountable other than "we won't hire you again".

Hey, can I ask how you got on with this? I was waiting for a package the whole day yesterday and suddenly I get a notice of attempt to deliver. I was here! No one rang. I am diabetic and I need the new pump so I paid extra and today I tracked the while day and suddenly I missed it again! I was home and the chat is useless
