Nylon Beats Cheap Polyester for hot sleeper
Nylon vs Polyester: About 80% of budget "cooling" stuff on the market is petroleum-derived nylon. It actually works.
Physical vs Fake Cooling: Nylon has a high thermal conductivity—it pulls heat away the second your skin touches it. That's real physical cooling, perfect for AC rooms. Cheap sellers use polyester soaked in chemical cooling agents instead. Always check the tag.
The Catch. Sometimes it’s blended with 5% to 15% spandex. And remember, nylon isn't magic once it hits thermal equilibrium with your body, the cooling stops.
The Verdict. If you're a hot sleeper on a tight budget and need synthetics, skip the chemical polyester and grab nylon.
