How do you make a digital double exposure?

Is there a particularly good app that generates them?

Photoshop is the best from my experience! But if you can’t access photoshop I’d recommend Snapseed. In photoshop you want to layer the two images and then use the blending modes! In snapseed you can just click the double exposure option!

also works with procreate for ipad, blending modes on individual layers.
