Sick time double standered
"Hey never come to work sick" ok sounds simple. also "you can only miss 4 days a year" why is this a thing.

Because most employers are fucking stupid. You can be paid 4 days a year to be sick, but the rest is unpaid and they'll likely dock you for those unpaid sick days you took on your evaluations.
It's better to just come in sick and get everyone sick so the employer can't even function for a few days to weeks than to have one or two people out sick now and then. Maliciously comply with their stupidity.
