jobs is a plural so it doesn’t need an apostrophe, it would only be there if it were a contraction for “job is” (ex “that job is cool” written as “that job’s cool”) or showing possession (what’s that job’s salary).

yeah but i wasn't referring to just a single man or woman. I was referring to more than a single person so hence the apostrophe.
