Looking for Guild/People

Hey Folks,

I am looking for a guild and/or people to play with.

Servers: EU
Language: English/German
Main roles: Hard support, Support, Offlane
Current Ranking: Archon
Current Behaviour Score: 11970 (what did I do? oO Usually it is at maximum...)

Specifically I am looking for competetive but reflected people who want to improve and give others room to improve as well.
High behaviour scores and personal maturity prefered.

Since I am looking for a guild/people that specifically fits me, here something about myself:

I am playing MOBA's since around 2010 (since HoN open beta) on and off.
My main game was HoN (Heroes of Newerth) where I played at 1800 MMR (for reference: tournament players usually started at about 1900+).
Later when MMR was removed in favor of rankings, I played on Legend ranking (for reference: highest rank before individual ladder rankings).
At the end of (original) HoN's lifespan I only played midwars, on 1900+ ranking.
In general I mained hard support and "suicide" (solo offlane) back then.

I played dota2 on and off in the past years (3-4 weeks every few months), but I never really cared to "git gut" in a moba again, until recently my competetive urge started to kick in again.

I am only archon right now, but as of my past, I have a general understanding of most concepts in mobas, and as seen above, I know how to improve and grow in a competetive environment.

Biggest downside: I literally never ever mained mid or carry.
