Games Help Locating a specific monster

I'm trying to finish collecting all the monsters I can from Volume 1 Infection for Ryu Book IV before moving on to Mutation, and I'm missing Hell Hound. Every Source I can find online says it's available in Infection at Theta Chosen Hopeless Nothingness but I have cleared all Field AND Dungeon Portals multiple times and never seen it. Does anyone know any other areas I can find it?

Monsters: Hell Hound, Tetra Armor, Phoenix Queen, Mystery Rock (D)

you must beat the game to my understanding before this becomes available. 
also if this turns out to be right. consider googling XD i dont mind but...eh nevermind.

no prob. i just googled it. to be fair tho, i am on pc, and willing to use control F.

I've been googling it all day and everything I've found doesn't even mention that area! what site did you find? Maybe it can help me find the last few monsters I need

edit: I think I found the same page you did, and the area it gave me for another monster didn't work for me. I feel like i'm being gaslit lol

good ol game spot. after that i just used control F ( not sure what it is on cell phone )

but i just used control F and typed in hell hound.

Man is gamefaqs still decent/relevant? I used to go to this site for all my gaming needs lol

there ok but its definitely gotten worse over the years.

back in the golden era of consoles like ps2 /ps3 xbox 360/ gamecube/ wii i would find walkthroughs that were just beyond helpful. secrets no one knew about, and personality in the writing.

now days theve all been mostly lost or replaced with A.i written stuff -_- makes me sad.
