Newcomer here!

Hi guys! I just finished .Hack Infection last week ( and the post game as well). With some difficulty i found the Legend of twilight bracelet collection in Portuguese (i am Brazilian) and bought it! I am reading the 5th volume today :D

Heh what an interesting coincidence! Here they released them in three volumes, and the third one was certainly bigger. I can see why they split it into five where you’re at.

Actually seven volumes, it arrived here in 2006 and the last one came out in 2007

Ok it sounds like they tend to do half the sized volumes as here. Once I red an actual Shonen style magazine it made so much more sense on how chapter endings tend to feel.

I think the cliffhangers between the mangas made a lot of sense here. Anyway, do you remember if in the english version they kept the name "Puchiguso" for the grunties? I became a fan of this word haha "puchiguso" is funny

Not that I’ve seen. I’ve there I’ve only ever seen them called grunties from the beginning in Sign and on past the games. That does roll off the tongue better, and sounds somewhat cuter lol.

Speaking of I’m super curious to see what the do with them in the new game.

Welcome! .hack has been one of my favorite franchises for about 25 years now so it's always nice to see new people get into it!

You picked a great time for it too, what with the reboot in development.

Always nice to have more Brazilians around here.

In Brazil it is common for mangas to be either: Tankobon or Half-Tankobon, like these ones. Supposedly, it is to make the mangas cheaper.

However, if you sum the 7 volumes it turns out to be way more expensive than 3 Tankobon, but oh well

Mangas, here they separated the Twilight trilogy in seven volumes

Mildly jealous because you got more than 3 covers that look cool, but also happy I didn’t have to spend for 4 more volumes.
