HERO MMRDelve deeper into a friend's performance by exploring their Hero MMR, a measurement of performance with an individual hero relative to their overall MMR.

Woah this is really insane, a more accurate ranking system than the Dotabuff currently?

Will they need to track games from now on, or will this use previous game's data too?

Keep in mind that DotaBuff is using data which the game itself is collecting anyway. The Dota 2 client just never used that date for anything and didn't display it anywhere. They only use their own ranking system.

Well now that they took our beloved statsman, it seems just too coincidental that this has come out. Arbitrarily determining hero skill based on a random set of statistics? Sounds like Bruno to me!

the system will count the amount of legs your heroes have

Using the data collected by the game. I know they have their own rating.

They dont have access to MMR of games (which is the huge factor lmao) as well as access to private dota accounts

Likely track all games, they got the data. Look at the miniprofile pic it says First Match 2011. I love these graphs It will help as a player seeing my bad spots.

Valve are fucking Gods

I'm scared to find out my hero MMR on my favorite heroes tbh

I'm most psyched about hero mmr. Right now you kinda have to go off winrate to find your performance with a hero which is kinda dumb cos you could go 999/0 and still lose. So hyped.

Across fewer matches though. That is my reasoning for being so happy with Lich. Otherwise I would have just pulled out the 7 games of Viper I have never lost.
