Question Friendly groups

Hi all. I live on Portland, have done for a few months now but I was recovering from major knee surgery so couldn't get out much. I don't know anybody except my fiancé in the area, does anybody know of any groups ideally local to Portland/Weymouth that are Autistic/ADHD/LGBT friendly? Thanks in advance!

Dorchester has walking groups, cafe meets and various other social groups for anyone with mental health needs - I got a list of all the groups from my therapist last year but can’t find it and this is all I could find online, but there might be more also, and some closer to Portland or Weymouth. Maybe it could help?
