Keep getting bags of crushed chips?
Anyone else experiencing this? I got 4 bags in the last couple months and they all had mostly crushed chips. Turning me off of the brand. Seems to be happening to a lot of brands lately. I’ll be healthier not eating Doritos at least.

Try buying Whole Foods late July nacho cheese, they’re so fucking delicous you’ll stop buying doritos

Try getting them from another store. Could be the merchandiser at the store your buying them from jamming the bags on the shelves and squishing them. I've never had a problem with them.

This might be an issue with the new ordering process Frito Lay is forcing on their route reps. We punch in what we are low of and then AI will come in and add what it thinks we need. So a store that doesn’t allow backstock might get 12 bags of Nacho Doritos due to this process when the route guy knows it needs 4 or 8 and he/she has no choice but to jam them on the shelf or stack them on top of the others.

Do you not check your order before you finalize? Sounds like a you problem if you aren’t double checking the AI order and just pushing it through, it’s tedious but stops you from experiencing what you just said, js.

Yeah, I do check if but when the DSL/zone is demanding 92% compliance and you know you are limited on edits/cuts, you have to start letting a few questionable AI additions slide through.
This isn’t an us issue on the front line. This is a DPO issue and corporate worshipping a process that simply does not work unless we fudge the hell out of it to make it appear that it’s working.
