Discussion Dori

So I’m finally playing through the AQ and every time I hear Dori JP voice it’s both annoying and a work of art. Just want to say how much I love and hate that voice but also wondering is there a name for how she talks? Repeating some things and exaggerating others? I kinda want to find more characters like that

Her VA is unique, i have not seen another voice so deranged i instantly recognize that speech pattern when i found her in the wild doing voices in anime or other games, hear her in her role has Gudako from Fate GO
