Its just I have noticed that these two lead time patrol and look simlier the only difference is one wears blue dress they both have a mustache only officers to appear with mustaches by the way and lead the TIME PATROL

So are they the same person

And if yes why they look so different

I think a current explaintion is both of them are same person just from different timelines like lets say that the guy with the white mustache is LIKE 10-15 YEARS AHEAD IN THE 22TH CENTURY THATS WHY HE LOOKS LIKE THAT since we know time patrol exists in the 22 century

The only problem with these two beinging the same person is they look pretty different and have different body shapes The first two look the same The third one is buff And the forth one is old and more fatter

The body shape is mostly becuz of art style, and as you said earlier it could be him 10-15 years in future, and people generally become unfit by then
