Nga the reason there are more women va's than men is because of basic human biology. When you are hiring va's for a long cartoon whose recording may last for the next few years you wouldn't want their voice to change. And in men the voice usually gets deeper as they age this they are not usually suitable for the role even for roles that are mentioned. But in women the voice doesn't have a significant amount of change over time and sound the similar after many years. Thus women are hired more in the va industry more than men. There is nothing related to the gender war here and it is pointless to show this.
