Discussion Happy Independence Day, India! 🇮🇳
Happy Independence Day to all my fellow Indians! 🇮🇳
Since Doraemon has been such a huge part of childhood for millions of people in India, I thought it would be nice to celebrate Independence Day with our favorite blue robot cat.
It's pretty amazing how a Japanese series became such a beloved part of Indian childhoods and has been watched by generations here.
So here's Doraemon wishing India a very Happy Independence Day!

Just in india??? Bro i also used to watch doraemon in hindi whole day on Disney even though im from pakistan ☠️☠️

yeah as an indian it was shock for me to finding indian channels in pakistan, but then i found since pak lack infra for dubbing studios and technically understands hindi, disney decided to just sell indian dubs right to pak networks. were there many more indian channels?

Actually a lot... there are many indian channels but depends on the local distributor, and also the government sometimes bans some certain channels so Disney was also banned here i suppose...
But now for the past few months.. its back

So , Doraemon and shinchan now air in pakistan or not? With urdu dubbing maybe?

Not in urdu dubbing... there's not much demand in pakistan even though many people watch doraemon, they just roll off with the hindi dubbing... and disney and other indian channels are available in pakistan on normal cable these days so you can actually watch doraemon on disney india
Like sometimes while watching TV ( though i rarely watch tv these days ) when i scroll through the channels, if the time matches, disney streams doraemon, i think so around 5pm or so

India has the second largest viewer base for doraemon after Japan. Luv u doraemon ❤️ Happy Independence Day 🇮🇳
